I had a fantastic experience working with Desmond and Lynch bros. I called him about my project and he came out the very same day to give me an estimate. This is my first experience with professional tile maintenance and so I called another local company and a general handyman to give me estimates as well. I provided Desmond these estimates in order to understand which type of work I would get for the price and what was being skipped. His estimate came in much lower than even the lowest handyman estimate. I mention this because he could easily have gone in between both estimates, and I would have been happy. Desmond arrived on time and completed the entire cleaning in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend Lynch bros if you want an honest company to handle your tile and grout cleaning needs.

Desmond from Lynch Bros did a phenomenal job. Very professional and really knows his stuff. He gave me a free estimate, explained what he would be doing, how long it would take and even demonstrated on a small area to show his work. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and finished in under the expected 2 hours. We had used a bigger named local company to steam away our dirty grout at a premium price 4 years ago. I wish I would have known about Lynch Bros then. I recommend anyone who want their grout cleaned properly at a fair price, use Lynch Bros!

Great service at a fair price, our grout looks so much better. The grout in our house looked awful after renting it out for a few years, and Lynch Bros did a great job cleaning and restoring our floors. We would absolutely use them again.
