Hot-water extraction — the gold standard
We inject hot water and a professional cleaning solution deep into the carpet fibers under pressure, then immediately extract it along with everything it loosened. This method is recommended by most carpet manufacturers and is far more effective than dry cleaning or bonnet cleaning methods that only address the surface.
Pet stains and odors
Pet urine soaks through the carpet backing and into the pad and subfloor. Surface treatments mask the odor temporarily but don't eliminate it. We use enzyme-based pre-treatments that break down the urine proteins at the source, combined with our extraction process to remove as much of the contamination as possible.
